동기부여와 몰입도 향상을 위해
단기적인 손실을 감내하는 배짱과 용기가 없으면
진정한 임파워먼트가 불가능합니다.
The subtle beauty of empowerment is that it is
done despite knowing there will be losses through
the temporary transfer of authority.
In the long run, it helps the growth of subordinates by
improving motivation and devotion- if one does not have
the courage to endure short-term losses,
it is not true empowerment.
